mothers milk tea or red rasberry tea?

Which one works best to produce more milk? I am also taking fenugreek.

Also fenu greek was highly recommended to me by both the wic office and my family doctor :-)

Yea I just drank it and it was pretty gross haha I am just Gunna drink both because one of them haaaassssss to work!!

I think they both work but raspberry leaf tastes better it's good with lemon. Mothers milk tastes like drinking a seasoning packet.

But biggest tip is to nurse nurse nurse then nurse again!  On demand is best way to establish supply. Hang in there!

Mothers Milk. Red Raspberry is to tone uterus. Look for organic versions :)
