glucose test (IV)

So i went to the doctors to do my glucose test today & i threw it up when i had just ten minutes left :( it made me have a panic attack too not fun but now i have to goto the hospital and retake the test but do it through an IV :/ i hate needles. Did anyone else haveto do this? did the IV hurt? :/ im just nervous i hate hospitals if i knew this would happen then i wouldve tryed to hold it down longer lol ughhh

I did ask but itd be the 3 hour test with 4 blood tests lol :/

I threw mine up after I had the blood work done for the test, if you are nervous maybe ask to try to do the test again by drinking. A friend of mine did hers twice because the same thing happened, she didn't need an IV. Just call and ask the doc :)
