Ftm! Contractions

I am a ftm and I have no clue how to count my contractions or any of that! I am currently 34weeks+6 I have a few weeks to go but I would like to have an idea of what I will be expecting. Any advices?

There's a app where you can track them to see how far they are apart. When timing contractions start counting from the beginning of one contraction to the beginning of the next.

Apparently you can download apps to help time them but I'd just look at the time once you felt it starting, keep track of how long it lasts for, then wait and time how long it takes to get another contraction

You will start counting when you start cramping and Stop when it stops to see how long they are. You will count from start to start to see how far apart they are. Your whole stomach will get really hard. And.to.tell the defference between contractions and braxton hicks, you drink a big glass of water, and change your activity for a full hour! If you are still having them they should be getting worse. The no walking .. no talking kind. Then when they are 2 minuutes apart.. its time to go in!

What do contractions even feel like? Lol gosh I am so new to this

They will be like menstral cramps. You will be able to put your hand on your belly and feel its hard!
