If you like coffee I would suggest maybe a cup of coffee just to wake you up. And take several cold bottles of water to keep you hydrated while your working outside.

An apple...eat an apple, it has more caffeine then a cup of coffee, it's 100% natural. And gives you the vitamines and nutrients you need. It'll wake you up.
