What's it feel like when your water breaks???

Mime broke when i was 7cm open i was trying get comfy in the hospital bed.. i saw down and i set OH SH*T my husband and mother looked at me and sed whats wrong.. my water broke felt a gush come out i felt like i numberd one on my self..after that i felt contractions non stop

on my 1st they were leaking so it just felt like I needed a wee all day so was running up and down stairs. but doing that helped bring labour on lol x

When mine broke it was like a river falling down my legs .. And my contractions started immidiatelly !!

It varies sometimes. I've never had mine break on it's own but I've known people's water to leak gradually instead of a lot at once. Before my doctor broke mine, my stomach was really big and hard (skin tight), and after my stomach went soft and felt like I lost 20 lbs

I lost my mucous plug over a four day period before my water broke. It felt like a tiny pop lol but then it trickled out and I had to change my clothes twice before we left to the hospital and by the time we got there my jeans were soaked and it was really really sticky. That was with our 4th pregnancy. The previous 3 were induced so I had no idea what it felt like. It took about 2 hours after that for my contractions to really kick in to where they were uncomfortable.

I felt really uncomfortable then felt a little bit of pressure and then pop water started trickling down, called nurse in and my water had broke.

When mine broke it was just a very small leak and was hard to tell if it was my water or bladder.

Wow I'm so glad I don't go through that sounds kind of gross...my first they tried jnducing me and nothing worked so had a csection

when mine broke I got s couple of wierd pains about an hour before then a real sharp pain and when I stood up I could just feel them .. it felt like I weed myself lol and when I went to the bathroom it was just leaking out of me onto the floor !!
