water makes me more nauseous.
Im 13 weeks been dealing with heavy nausea. Idk why but everytime I drink pure water it gets worse I changed brands 3 times. && nothing has this happend to any else. ?
It was like that for me until I was 13 weeks drink lots of gaterades in place and take small sios of water daily that's what I did it helped a lot for me but every pregnancy is different
Don't drink water on an empty stomach and don't wait till you feel thirsty to drink
