Just woke up with the worst feeling in my throat like I have been sick for a couple days and the cold builded up. What can I take? My throat hurts so bad! Sooo sore
I had that about a week ago I garguled salt water, ate soup & popcyles, and I drank lots of water and hot decaf tea. It really helped me. Hope you feel better!
