I know when u get bh your stomach gets hard but when u have real contractions does it get hard too or no?

If they dont stop when you change position & you have already lost your mucous plug & had bloody show you are definitely in labor

Already lost my mucas plug/bloody show. But I keep gettin lower back pains. Im 39 weeks 1 day. The pain doesn't stop when I change positions either. But I can't rly time them idk @aigneelashay

More pain in your back is considered back labor but there are many other signs to confirm real labor too such as losing your mucous plug, bloody show, timing of contractions, etc.

What if u only get pain in ur back or maybe the pain is worse in the back so u dont rly notice the front pain? @aigneelashay

When you have real contractions your stomach will still get hard but you will feel pain in your lower abdominal & also in your back
