were those contractions?

i was layig down and I just felt like a super painful feeling kinda like period cramps,I cried out a little because it was so strong, it only happened twice though like 1 minute apart and then it stoped.. was that a contraction? It sucked lol

It sounds like your baby just dropped into birthing position!
I've had cramps like that before at 29 weeks too..  
I got my contraction timer out and everything,  but they never came back.

Same here...whenever I move from a laying or sitting position to stand up the pressure goes straight there and it's hard to walk! And with twins I can definitely feel the added pressure!!

Im also feeling pressure down there.. not painful at all like the contration it just feels like all the pressure I usually feel in my tummy just moved lower to my vajayjay lol

I cramp every now and then but they are never consistent. I keep waiting for them to get stronger or come back to back but they never do so idk if it's just normal or not. My doc said if they get stronger or more consistent then go into L&D. Idk if it's kinda like what your experiencing but I wanted to share my experience with you.

Sounds like contractions. They feel like period cramps and get worse if they keep coming.

I have not had contractions before but from how you are describing it it sounds like what every one else describes as contractions (painful cramps)
You can call your dr if you are worried
