Yer my son knows when he wees he look down and says wee wee but he isnt very good at sit down for long periods of times and he loves flushing his mini potty
You could get him a baby boy urinal? Im not sure if he'd rather stand than sit. They sell them online like. Maybe $15 i have a 4yr old girl so im not quite sure if it would be the same to potty train. But my daughter just got potty trained i let her decide on when :)
Yeah my son would cry and scream when I first put him on a training potty he hated it. But he got over it since he figured out he can't stop it from happening. When I first tried my son was 2 he wasn't ready. At around 2 1/2 is when he was ready and I knew it.
Yer he knows wees and poos but same reason scared of the toliet he has done one wee before in the potty but he doesnt like siting down for veey long
First does he know when he has to potty, does he tell you when he has to go or tells you when he has gone? If he can do that he can be potty trained. Get a training potty and sit him down ever 30 minutes don't reward him with anything if he goes but tell him how proud you are and make it happy time and when he pees or poops his diaper be sturn with him tell him that he's a big boy now and that he needs to go in the potty then take him to the potty and show him this is where you go potty. It also helps to put one in the living room and one in the bathroom. And when you go potty take him with you sit him down and you sit to go potty too. Show him you do it too. My son only took two weeks for peeing in the potty but for some reason pooping in a toilet scared him and he pooped his pants till he was 4 but that's rare and idk why he was scared but he had a fear of pooping in the toilet haha. Just stick with it. And its best they don't wear diapers except at night. So be prepared for lots of laundry
Or should I wait until he is ready?
