possibly in labor?

So I have been feeling like crap since yesterday. My back is killing me I have had to use the bathroom a lot and not just to pee. My stomach has been cramping and is really hard and uncomfortable.  This is my second baby and I am unsure about what it feels like to go into labor on your own. I was induced with my first baby so for what I am told it is different.  I am 35 weeks right now and just completely uncomfortable. I don't want to do anything I am really tired and the pain is starting to hurt more then just be uncomfortable.  I have a lot of vaginal pressure which is making it hard for me to move around or to even lift my legs because it hurts. I am supposed to be leaving to go to my family for thanksgiving and I am nervous because we will be 2 hours from my doctor. Some advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm also 35 +4 days for past two days , I've also been having stomach pains that result in me going to the rr. I got checked last Monday and was half a centimeter dilated . I'm also unsure if this is the early signs. But you're not alone I'm feeling it to lol. We are almost there !
