I lapsed yesterday,and it really hurt my girl
me and my girl have been together for 5years,i used drugs yesterday and she's really broke up about it.Our lives are intertwined car,rent,bills etc.I don't want to go i know I made a mistake a bad one,but without her,she's my driving force in life.But should I leave?

Good questions from Jim. I also think that having another person as your driving force in life as you describe is a bit dangerous as well. She is an awesome reason to stay sober but you have to want it for you. good luck
How many times have you "lapsed"? What drug? are you in NA or AA? I'm an addict myself (prescription pills) recovering after being off over a year I relapsed briefly...it happens to the best of us...not all of us, but it does happen...were there any extenuating circumstances? Did she tell you to leave?
