Maybe he cam afford it at the moment, im upset as he*l that we dont have anything yet but I understand that we cant get anything yet until after the babyshower so we can only but whet we dont get there

The baby is not real for men during pregnancy. They don't carry the baby and feel what we do. Baby's real for them when they see and hold it. Sorry you feel like that just tell him it's time to start buying. Also some people don't start buying till baby is born healthy and comes home. My grandma thought I was crazy when I was pregnant with my first because I bought everything I needed before baby was born. She said I would be sorry it delivery went bad, it p.I.s.s.e.d. me off she said that but since I met lots of people who think that way... just let him know you think it is time..

They say men don't become father's until the baby is born and they see them and get to hold them. Women become mothers the instant they find out they are pregnant.  I'm almost 36 weeks and everything in my daughter's room I bought or was bought during my baby showers.

It's true hun. It doesn't really set in for a while.mine doesn't even seem remotely interested or excited and we only have 9 weeks to go. Give him some time and don't be too hard on him it's scary and stressful for them too.
