In need of advice!!!

My boyfriend got a job offer but it is inAtlanta which means that we'll have to be in a long distance relationship... I dont feel like im ready to be in a long distance relationship because i know tht it wont end well... when he got the offer he didnt even ask for my opinion yet he says he wants to marry me someday... so my question is, is it worth it to be in a long distance relationship for 4 years or should we just be friends?

Oh boy.  Different opinion here-------- if he just graduated and got a decent job offer for a job he would like to do in Atlanta-------- he should take it and go.  Starting career off on the right foot is really important.  Some people set themselves up for success for the remainder of their career by doing so.  I'd have said that 20 years ago but in this economy I say it with greater force.

So, he is either so in love with you that he thinks you two can weather anything that comes your way or he is ambitious and his career really matters and he is willing to take his chances on the relationship working or not but still wants that job.  I don't think either means he doesn't love you.

So I'd try it and see how it goes.  There are never any guarentees whether he stayed or if he goes.  good luck

Nope! He made the decision without your imput. If he was all that concerned about you two ending up together, he would have at least asked for your take on it. Nope! 4 year long distance relationship is a no go. Move on and whether you remain friends or not, is debatable. My guess is no. Do not put your life on hold or you will regret it.

I want you to know this.  Long distant relationships don't always end badly.  How do I know this?  Well it just so happens that I have been in one before.  I also married that guy.  Never say never.
