Why do I have chest pains after smoking weed

Yesterday I smoked some weed but I don’t think I smoked much. Today I was fine for the first few hours after I woke up but then started feeling really high. This went on and off the entire day. I kid you not. The entire day. I would think i was over it for a while and it would come back. I took one more hit from my dab pen and immediately my chest on the right side and my lungs started burning really badly and I couldn’t breathe .
