The issue here is the timing of the tests. 2 days isn't nearly long enough for herpes and syphilis. (Herpes is 4 months, syphilis is 6 weeks.) They also didn't do a gonorrhea test, which is 3-5 days. These are the only STDs you'd be at risk for from receiving oral sex.
HOWEVER - that said, the risk is pretty low from a one-time unprotected oral sex encounter. You didn't waste these tests, either - you have a baseline now. If you test positive for anything now, you know it's a new infection.
If you haven't had any symptoms, you really don't need to test, but if you feel you must, ask them for a type specific IgG test (the IgM is useless and unreliable for herpes, and if it worked as designed, it is supposed to detect new infections, and you are beyond that point). The test you had is a combo, non-specific test, so if it comes back positive, you wouldn't know which type you have.
They also did two syphilis tests, the VDRL and the TPHA. This is not needed unless one comes back reactive and they need to confirm it.
When you test for gonorrhea, ask if they can do a urine or swab test. It's more accurate than a blood test.
Remember that you are at pretty low risk here, especially if you've had no symptoms.
Only one I’m not sure of is Chlamydia. Hsv and everything else is negative. Just call your doctor in the morning and have him explain your results. It’s very strange he would give you results like that anyways without you being able to understand the outcome.
