Can I use imiquimod during the day ?
Dear doctors ,
I have a small genital wart on my foreskin and I started to use imiquimod cream recently . The instruction says that I should use the imiquimod cream during bedtime . However , I have more erections during sleep (than day time ), the imiquimod cream might be wiped off by the underwear when I have an erection. In this case , Can I use imiquimod during the day instead of bedtime ?

Even with erections during the night, during the day, you are walking, moving, using the restroom, adjusting, etc. - all things that are far more likely to wipe that off than a few erections during the night.
If you are gently rubbing it in as the directions state, you shouldn't have any issues with it wiping off.
