Chlamydia or gonorrhea symptoms & Treatment

Dear Doctor, I had one min sex with sex worker on 15 months ago then after min I feel I have mild pain tested HIV, HSV, HBV & VDRL all are negative even after 8 months I revised HIV and VDRL test again Negative.
Now I am feeling Chlamydia or gonorrhea symptoms like after urination feels mild burning just 1-2 min specially after meal. not found anytime discharge white/green discharge,  very mild pain in left testicle pain stain to left below abdomen. Most time I am feel in below abdomen left or some time right side in one place mild pain stain.
One two time I feel electric pain in Prostate just one 2-4 sec and go way.  Some time weekly once back of the head to neck feel pain. Feeling also joint pain like knee above arms, wrist and ankle pain blinking. Eyes watery corner burning sometimes.
My question is ,, Chlamydia or gonorrhea if suppose 15 months old in body left untreated .. can show all of system or for this all symptoms cause something else.. Although I did not get test for both of it…. Urine culture report came Negative
• Treatment is safe & effective for above decease Ceftriaxone 1 g IM in a single dose PLUS  & Azithromycin 1 g orally in a single dose
After this treatment can be Cured completely ?
Kindly reply I am in very tense.
Thanks & Regards,
RK

Hi, yes if you contracted those they would cure themselves in 15 months also without any white puss discharge about a week after the sex, its a good sign you did not contact them either
