Concerned about HSV-2 after kissing and receiving oral

I kissed a hot and promiscuous girl for 1 hr -- kissed on the lips, she put her tongue in my mouth for maybe 10 seconds. She gave me an unprotected blow job for 10 minutes.

I now have burning on penis and sores in mouth.

It's not gonorrhea or chlamydia as I asked hot girl to get tested and she was negative on those -- I'm still waiting on the blood results, might not be for a few more days.

Very scared of STI and getting almost no sleep and cannot focus on work :(

A week before:
* I have been taking cream for jock itch. I had been using lotrimin cream.
* had either canker sores or cold sores in my mouth.

Day 0: Blowjob/kissing
Day 1: Nothing
Day 2:
* Had severe diarrhea and flu likey symptoms (chest sore/sore throat)
* I switched from lotrimin cream to tinactin and masterbated with the cream on my penis (without showering)
* Noticed pain on tip of penis by end of day; focused on urethra area (concerned either HSV-2 infection. NGU or Cream side effect)
* Pain on penis is consistent, doesn't increase or decrease when peeing and no discharge from penis

Day 3:
* Continue to have severe diarrhea

Day 4:
* Switched back to lotrimin for jock itch and penis pain was improved but still there (hard to show causation)
* Continue to have severe diarrhea

Day 5:
* Switched back to lotrimin for jock itch and penis pain was improved but still there (hard to show causation)
* Continue to have severe diarrhea

Day 6
* 1pm: Noticed red gum/inflamed gums around 1 tooth. Concerned it could be herpetic gingivostomatitis
* 2pm: Switched to new cream for jock itch (ketoconazole) - stronger cream by perscription
* 4pm: Brushed gums aggressively and they started to bleed
* 4pm: Used listerine mouth wash aggressively for 10 minutes+ even though mouth washed burned
* 11pm: noticed side of moutth swollen on one side of mouth -- with three small sores (concerned it's second phase of oral HSV-2 out break; swelling could also be because of mouth wash misuse)

Day 7:
* 9am: Gum still in pain but mouth feels less inflamed

----------------------

Here are my concerns, I'm expecting I would already have HSV-1 but not HSV-2 -- I was tested for HSV-2 negative recently. I think most of the symptoms can be explained away above but I'm worried that the timelines match up with oral HSV-2 outbreak, gum infection is exactly 1 week later and  I have the persistent pain in my penis.

Thoughts? Is it worth going to doctors to swab an infected gum?

Forgot to mention pain on penis is still there on day 6.

Day 6:
* 11pm: pain on penis increased vs prior days (potentially because of stress, infection or the new cream -- it's prescription strength -- not putting it on the head of penis but it potentially rubs on from boxes)

Hi if she did not have any lip blisters at the time you can pretty much rule out she gave you hsv1 and her having hsv2 oral is extremely rare so i would rule that out. none of what you mention suggest you just contracted herpes.
