You have no risk for HIV, gonorrhea, chlamydia, NGU, or trich.
You could have a risk for herpes, syphilis, and HPV, as condoms don't offer full protection against those, but getting any of those from a one-time protected encounter are really low. Your partner seems to take protection as seriously as you do, which is good news, and means she is protecting herself as much as you.
I wouldn't worry about this and you should be able to resume your regular sex life again.
