Fear of std/sti after protected sex

About 27 days ago I had protected sex with a girl I knew from many years back. I believe I fingered her vaginally prior to putting on the condom but I’m not 100% sure. Immediate after the sex (which lasted 5-10 min) I cleaned my genitals with soap and water and even doused the area with rubbing alcohol because I know how paranoid I get.  A few days after I had some intermittent  itching and possibly some random  burning at different locations in my pubic area. I convinced myself that it was probably just from recently clipping/shaving my pubic hair...which only worked with my mind for a bit. A couple weeks after I got what seemed to be a cold/allergies: didn’t feel bad but I had congestion, drainage, sore/swollen lymph nodes in neck but all has since gone away. Here within the last couple weeks I have gas-like pains that come and go and will sometimes radiate from abdomen (appendix and/or behind bellybutton area) to my testicle(s). These are not painful but discomforting especially because it adds to my stress and paranoia. The last two days I seem to be urinating more frequently although not intaking more fluids than normal (might be mental but I noticed it today). No pain when I pee, no discharge, and no fowl smell. I have read way too many std/sti articles this last month and I would like some advice for my symptoms specifically. Thanks in advance.

Protected sex means you are fine. Anxiety can bring every symptom of every problem. Try to relax

My wife is feeling yeast infection symptoms now...approx 8 days after unprotected sex. Any thoughts/advice now?
to clarify...her “yeast” symptoms started after our unprotected sex (20 days after my protected sex concern from above)
