Had oral and vaginal sex with a hooker in Amsterdam using a condom. What are chances of getting an STD?

Hello,

I am 20 years old. I am studying abroad for a semester in Germany. This past weekend I was in Amsterdam and got really drunk and had sex with a hooker. I used a condom throughout and nothing seemed to be wrong with it. However, I still worry that I may have gotten a STD in this process. Am I worrying too much or was I safe enough with the use of a condom?

I feel your concerns, i did it with a hooker gal with a condom and it didn't break and washed my dick thoroughly afterwards, but i still feel unsafe, but it was protected sex... i think you should go slow with it and grow out of your fears, And again, its no just the hookers who have it!!!

no your testicles touching her isn't going to increase your risk. we would've told you if we felt differently.

I still never got an answer for if my testicles touched her, could I get an STD from that because condoms don't protect testicles. Can you give me that answer and then I'll stop? Please.

you already received answers to your questions for this.  it was protected sex. it wasn't worth any testing from unless you get obvious symptoms. If you need peace of mind, vance already told you your risks and when to get tested for what.

I am just wondering if there are ways to get an STD even while using a condom the correct way and nothing wrong happens to it? For example, is it possible to get an STD on parts of the body that a condom does not cover (i.e. the testicles)? Please let me know ASAP and thank you in advance for your responses.

One last thing, the hooker took off the condom for me. I was unable to see if anything was wrong with it. The fact that I never really looked at it afterwards worries me that I may not have noticed something being wrong with it. What do you think?

Thank you for your advice. Between you and others I feel I can finally move on from this. I do not feel the need to get an STD test.

Also, I never check afterwards to see if there were an tears or leaks in the condom. It felt fine throughout and the girl never said there was anything wrong with the condom. Am I over reacting? Please let me know ASAP!

Do you recommend getting tested? If so, should I get tested right away or should I wait a little while? Thank you!

For the most part you were safe. You had a small risk for herpes, HPV and syphilis but nothng to worry about.
