No, you don't need to test.

In theory, you are at risk for syphilis and genital herpes type 1 (if you don't already have oral hsv1), but since you used a condom, the risk is incredibly low.

Most experts feel that one act of oral sex, even unprotected, doesn't warrant testing. I wouldn't worry if I were you unless you have a regular partner who is pregnant or something.

I’m a married guy and we are planning for a baby . Can I continue having sex with my wife ? To add to the above scenario the CSW only touched the part of my penis with condom. She touched the balls with her hands though
Yes, you can continue to have sex with your wife.

Hands do not transmit STIs, and the skin on your testicles is too thick for anything to penetrate.

Since you are trying to conceive, perhaps it's best to not engage with outside partners. Condoms can and do break. No judgement, just advice. It also seems to give you anxiety, and mental health is important.
I completely agree with you . It was a bad decision from my side . Thanks for all the wonderful work you r doing . N lastly do I need to test for anything . If yes, can u also provide me the timelines for tests
When I say test I meant for syphils .
I don't think you do. Syphilis is uncommon, and you had protected oral sex. Your risk is really low. If you do decide to test, you can test for syphilis at 6 weeks, but it would be for peace of mind only.
Hi, sorry to bother you . From yesterday I was feeling a little off . And today my left testicle is swollen n painful . I’m having little bit of pain in my lower abdomen also . My incident with the CSW was on last Tuesday. I used condom and condom looked intact , the sperm was inside at the end . Any idea why this is happening
If your testicle is swollen and painful, you need to see a doctor. Go today.

If only one testicle is swollen, it's not likely to be an STI, and you had protected oral sex, making that almost impossible. That doesn't mean you don't need to see a doctor. There are lots of things that can cause a testicle to swell, and all need medical attention.
