Pain Started In Penis and Now in Throat

Hello,

About 2 weeks ago I had a sexual contact with a random guy (I’m a guy myself). I was top exclusively and he was bottom exclusively. I did a pretty extensive rim job on him and rubbed my penis on his butt hole, and it slipped in a few times, I stupidly couldn’t resist.. only half way and gently, but it did go in (at least the head and a few cms more).

After that I put a condom on and penetrated him in several positions and it got pretty intense.

Before I ejaculated I took off the condom, and started rubbing my penis head on his butt hole again … and it got in again for a few seconds… again, very stupidly, and I ended up ejaculating on his back and on his butt hole.

I’m not sure he is HIV positive or not…. So I started PEP treatment about 16 hours after we had sex and I am taking the PEP pills every day on time.

My question is that:

About 2 days after we had sex, a weird needle-like pain started in the left side of my penis head / shaft, it moved slowly every day towards the left side of my pelvic / butt area, then it worked slowly it’s way to my throat - left tonsil – but by the time it reached my left tonsil, that needle-y pain has stopped in my pelvic / penis completely. So right now I have sore throat in my left side of my throat – in the region of the left tonsil, and in the region in the left lymph node (sensitive to touch and pain when I'm swallowing – but the lymph node doesn’t feel swollen). This pain has been like that for about 3-4 days now, and it was getting better yesterday but now it’s back like it was before (like 3 days ago).

I have no other symptoms – no fever or tiredness or fatigue…

My penis looks fine – no discharge or such, and it’s no longer in pain as I mentioned, at all.

I was wondering what does these symptoms sound like… Which STD could it be? Am I in risk?

Could it be that I was infected in HIV although PEP?

Please help…

Thank you.

Correction - the left lymph node is swollen, but just the left (where the pain is), I can feel it and the area around is swollen pretty clearly.
