Is a gonorrhea test accurate 3 days after possible exposure?

Hi. I've been all over this forum for months but I've never asked a question. I'm seeing a lot of conflicting information (even here) about how early you can test for gonorrhea. I believe I remember seeing a post from Dr. HHH declaring unequivocally that 3 days was absolutely early enough to detect it with some level of certainty. But elsewhere I've seen 1 week, 2 weeks, etc.

My possible exposure was about 30 seconds of oral from a trans woman 2 days ago. My schedule means I can only test either tomorrow (3 1/2 days after exposure) or next Monday (8 days). I know Monday will be more accurate but I'm majorly freaking out.

Also, on Monday I will need to come up with an excuse to get away from home, as my wife will be around all day (and I work from home).

Hi the odds you got gono from oral sex is very low and testing at 8 days would be recommended but since your married you would also expose your wife to  syphilis and herpes so it would be advised to test for those for her protection.

syphilis at 6 weeks
herpes at 3 months

Thanks. I have oral HSV-1 from childhood and understand that I'm more or less immune to new infections in other parts of my body. I'm planning on monitoring for symptoms but consider myself okay for herpes. Do you think that's safe?

And I'm definitely planning to test for syphilis, that's what I'm most afraid of since this was alvery much a high risk event.
