Is it herpes or a STI's / STD's?

Hello,

I received a felatio a week ago with an unknown person.
One or two days later 2 white / red spots appeared on the tip of my penis but disappeared after 2 days without outbreak. Do you think it was herpes or another STI's / STD's?

Then this red spot appeared yesterday, at first I felt pain (only at the red spot), today I feel burn but only at this red spot, not elsewhere. A transparent liquid come out a little and it's burn same as when you scratch a pimple.

No other symptoms such as discharge, etc...

What do you think is this red spot?

If you received oral sex it would be good to test for gonorrhea, syphilis and chlamydia three weeks after the exposure.
