Is this herpes/std or do I need to see a urologist

I had unprotected sex with a girl about two weeks ago. I’ve noticed a red spot on my penile shaft kind of circle shaped. No pain no pus from the spot, but the inside of my penis will get a weird pain that I can’t explain my nuts will hurt and I get a pain in between my scrotum and anus. It isn’t a all day thing comes and goes through the day. The penis pain only last thirty seconds at a time at the longest, but I’ve had the penis testicle and inbetween scrotum and Anus pain for about a year I went to a urologist and got tested for chlaymidia and gohnorea came back negative urologist couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me gave me domxcicylin symptoms weren’t as frequent after but few days after having sex with her the pains became everyday again. I would like to add a week after sex the inside of my penis began to burn but I had masterbated the night before with conditioner and got some in my pee hole while doing it and it burned and think the burning my be from that.
