Paranoid about exposure

Hello there I have a girlfriend but in experimenting I had an ongoing relationship with a male at maybe 2-3 times per month for about 3-4 months. We have only had oral sex (receive and given) I never had any issues and he was checked somewhat regularly and came back clean. My girlfriend started having yeast infections for 2-3 months straight and got another one recently. I have became paranoid and keep concentrating on if i had any symptoms and I believe at this point I am paranoid to the point where i am causing fake symptoms. She takes her medicine and it goes away then about the same time before her period she has one. I know the chances of oral sex with gonnorhea / chlamydia is low  but my question is this. For burning sensation what level of pain would I be feeling? I dont think I am feeling any pain but im paranoid to the point in which I actually am confusing myself. Also while im sitting here I believe I notice random pain around that area.

If I had symptoms and just being paranoid would I have no doubt they were present? Is it possible to have a little sensation but no discharge? Would my girlfriend have anything besides itching?

Hi firstly oral Gono is rare and if you did contract it you would have a ovvious white puss discharge coming from your penis and terrible burning while urinating about 5 days after exposure. Without these you can pretty much rule out gono. There would be no question you had this infection.
