My penis hole gets irritated when my pants/underwear rubs it

I recently had protected sex, but im not sure if the condom broke or anything, the intercourse last for maybe 5 mins...at first the person wanted to give me oral and i think she licked it until i told her no, that i wanted to use a condom...I noticed that there was a small amount of saliva from that lick. Am i at risk of anything from that encounter?

After that encounter, about 3 weeks later i woke up with a irritated feeling on my penis hole/tip...I dont have any discharge whatsoever, and when i urinate, it is comfortable as always. I also dont have the urge to want to urinate either. It's just when i pull my pants up or my penis hole rubs on fabric, it feels very irritated, uncomfortable...
This has been going on for 5 days now...
Is this an STD?

This is nothing to be concerned about.

Firstly, condom failure is not 'subtle'.  You will KNOW when your condom has failed, either when you withdraw or when you look down to check during intercourse.

You are highly unlikely, to have gotten an STD from this brief 'lick'.  So do not worry about that.

As for your irritation I would try to wear loose fabric to ensure you are not feeling uncomfortable.  Perhaps visit your dermatologist.

I am quite confident that you do not have an STD
