STD tests negative, still symptoms

6.5 weeks ago I had sexual intercourse with a prostitute. Condom for intercourse, but unprotected oral receiving/giving. I tested in a health clinic blood and urine twice, 3 weeks and 6 weeks post exposure, both negative (10 Test Panel with HIV RNA Early Detection and Trichomoniasis). However, the following symptoms started occuring:

- Small ulcers in mouth (mostly one day and then gone again) and redness in top of mouth (only one day). Georgraphic tongue started shortly after which took two weeks to heal. I went to a doctor for that as I never had that before. He did a tongue swab but nothing was found by the lab.
- During the two weeks I got a slight sore throat, this remained for longer than the georgraphic tongue. After a while, it felt like there was a lump in my throat.
- A week later I started feeling pressure in my lower abdomen, middle and to the right. Especially during the night. I also felt my hernia a little bit which I have had since I was a child and never really felt that since.
- I started getting a lot of nausea during the day, but no vomiting. This kept going for 4-5 days. Also headache for 1 day and a light fever during that day.
- During that time diarrhea also started. I currently still have diarrhea and also have a small anal fissure (blood on toilet paper).
- After masturbating, I can have a burning sensation when I urinate. I did not notice this otherwise when urinating.

I am going to the doctor again tomorrow to see what this could be other than an STD. My sore throat is gone for a few days now, so I don't think it makes sense to test for oral STDs (I read the risk of that is very low). Also, I read that oral STDs should not be the cause of stomach problems, but I may be wrong here.

I have a lot of stress, which I read can also impact the symptoms above. I was wondering if anyone else occurred something like this and what it could be (STD, otherwise?

1) your symptoms does not sound like std related
2) don't you think that there may be other causes for your symptoms? Why must you link it to stds
3) your tests shows you are negstive for stds, so the appropriate action would be to consult your doctor and treat the symptoms just like any other ordinary day, no need to think about stds
