Hello, I am 19 year old Caucasian male that has been sexually active with one two girls. The first girl however, There was only very brief penetration, I would say only the head of the penis penetrated the vagina. That was at age 14 and was unprotected. About a month or so after that, I developed a pretty small raised bump on the underside of my penis near the head a little off-centered. The bump has been there since then, never going away, nor growing at all. I have not had any additional bumps or rashes or anything like that near my genitals. The bump is skin colored and appears to have a slightly shiny and whitish tip.
Over the years I have popped it a few times, and in doing so a small amount of white fluid may come out but then it starts to bleed very similar to how a pimple acts. It does not cause any pain or discomfort nor have I had any other symptoms over the years. Girl number 2 that I am currently active with and have unprotected sex with for about 2 years has also experienced no problems whatsoever, so I do not believe I have transmitted anything which casts doubts that this is sexually related. However the girl at age 14 I did not know very well but I am pretty sure she had been with other men. I am not really worried about this or anything as it has not been active at all in the 5 years or so that has passed, but it clearly is out of place so to speak. I've kind of gave up hope for it going away.
It does not look like sebaceous prominence or pearly penile pustules as I've seen during research. And I don't see how it could be folliculitis or anything like that since there are no hairs that grow even close to the head of the penis. Again it is just a single bump, and I guess you could say it is slightly hard to the touch but again its quite small, nothing large. And theres no redness around it like a pimple or anything, its just like raised skin, kind of like a skin tag i suppose, but its smooth and shiny at the top. I really appreciate anyone's help with this, I've been wondering for 5 years now, so please, any input will be highly appreciated. Thank you
