Had burning urine a cold dark urine then I went to doctor for check for stds all test negative then didn’t stop went back to doctor he gave treatment for gon and clymid but when test came back he said no need for treatment 6 months later urine problem stops but body aches and twitching in legs and muscle pain can anybody tell me am I missing any infection or maybe just anxiety

Hi the most predominant symptom of std,s is a white puss penis discharge with burning while urinating or inside urethra itching and a white puss penis discharge. without those symptoms it would not appear as an std infection. and if your test came back negative then it confirms you dont have an std.

No white puss but yes burning urine
But all test came back negative and had 5 urine test and two gon and clymid test all negative
just burning could be an jury as white puss is a infection symptom
