Std or anxiety?

So to start, I went snowboarding Sunday and got pretty intpxicated and it is now Tuesday (2 days later) and after we got back from snowboarding, I had unprotected sex with a woman that I personally know nothing about, don't ask why, I was intoxicated and made a gigantic mistake considering I have a girlfriend that I love very much. It was very brief, just penis to vagina, nothing else at all and lasted about 5 minutes. So the day after (Monday) it seemed like I had slight discomfort (not pain) in my bladder area, basically it just felt like I frequently needed to urinate. When I do urinate I have no pain or blood, no cloudiness, no out of the ordinary odor, nor pus or burning. Now it is Tuesday morning and the feeling is still there but not as bad as Monday. I had no trouble sleeping the past 2 nights. Basically just wondering if this is all in my head and I just have high stress/anxiety. And I also read in a lot of other forums that symptoms for an std don't typically show up for at least 2-5 days. So I'm just wondering that since I made a huge mistake that I am extremely stressed out about it, that I am causing myself to have genitally focused anxiety. My step father is experienced in the medical field and said that it is very unlikely for me to have a UTI considering my age and circumstances, I am 23 years old and pretty healthy. Any insight as to what might be going on please let me know.

Hi, age has nothing to do with contracting stds or health. Symptoms of std,s like gono and chlamydia would occur about 5 days later and would consisit of a white puss discharge and burning while urinating or urethra itching. Things lke herpes and syphilis would show symptoms about 2 weeks later and would be genital sores or chancre sores from point of contact. Since you have a girlfriend test for the below for her protection at the correct window period.

gono/chlamydia----7 days
herpes----3 months
syhillis----6 weeks
HIV---28 days with the DUO test
