Yeast infection for months ?

I've had some pin red spots around my penis corona / glans for about 5/6 months now and am not sure whether it's a fungal infection or something else? After masturbation or sex they're very visible or even when first waking up, but then they subside after a shower or some time has gone by. I've been using anti fungals and cortisone but haven't seen any improvements nor has anything gotten any worse. The small red dots themselves aren't really raised at all but are definitely there visibly. When I rub my finger over it there's no pain, no itchiness maybe just slightly rougher skin. It came on in summer ( I am a carpenter in NYC and most buildings are brutally hot and wearing pants and tool belt everyday ) and has yet to truly go away. Don't have insurance otherwise I'd see a doc. Not worried about herpes since there's no discharge or blister like fluids but am concerned.

Not sure how to post pics but will if possible

Sounds like balantis, lotramin works well. Herpes wouldn't hang around that long.

It does seem to get better with the lotrimin but does not fully go away.
You have to keep the area very dry. I've had it and it can be a real pain to get rid of. Soaking it  once a day in salt water really helps also. When I say dry I mean like a desert. Clean off urine drops after using the bathroom and don't drink alcohol
Damn and it was just like one or twin tiny spots along the corona ?? Maybe dermatitis? The fact that it hasn't gone away and isn't itchy or painful is driving me crazy

I have had sex with a few partners but always with condoms ... specifically on the corona the red dots surface and the rest of the penis skin just seems dry? Slightly irritated maybe? Any ideas would great because I am stressing over it
