Red dots on Penis

Last Sunday my SO and I went out hiking and decided to spice up our relationship. My SO gave me a HJ out in the woods. Fast forward to now, I noticed a few red dots on my penis head (I know we didn't touch any poison ivy or harmful herbs before my SO went down on me.) They don't hurt or anything, they're just there; and sometimes my penis pulses (that's the best way to describe it.) I'm going to call in for an appointment and I don't know how long it'll be till I get seen--I'm hypochondriac and this is already worrying me to the extreme. I've read it might be Balantis, Herpes, or Syphilis. I can rule out 2 of 3 but I'm not sure. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi red dots are not symptoms of any std but may be just an irritation or a reaction to some plant oil on your SO hands.

Many thanks for your answer! Woke up this morning and they seem to be fading and going away.
