well  to be more specific the bump on my jawline is kinda out on surface of skin. i tried busting it with steril needle burnt tip ; DID NOT WORK!!! so it has beeen there since late 2006 when i 1st noticd it, but why can't i bust it? or am i not applying enough pressure. It is not a red bump. it is a little smaller than a dime size and is whitish or brownish( almost like my skin tone) in color. what could it be is there any medicine that would help me

Well on the jawline I would assume that it's on the skin on the outside and not the inside? if so then i say it's probably a pimple.

And in the pubic region I would also guess pimple or possibly an ingrown hair. Somethng like herpes would not show up like that.
