What is this on my penis head ?

In the last couple of months, I had a very dry penis head - I disregarded it as the fact that I am circumcised and that I always masturbated by rubbing my penis in circles (dry/without lube). This week I noticed these tiny "spots/lumps" invisible unless I stretch my penis head. I made a zoom. I am really worried. I never had a sexual relation for the exception of a blow job last summer that last for two minutes, when I realized I didn't feel any pleasure. Is it an STD ? If not, what is it ? How to get rid of whatever it is ? I stopped masturbating, but it doesn't seem to get any better. HELP !!! I can't sleep due to worry ! (By the way, is there a way to naturally re-sensitize my penis, because I guess it is desensitized if I could not feel the blow job).

sounds like you are looking way too close at things at the moment!! you won't have perfectly smooth genital skin and if you have to look that hard to see something, it's usually normal.

always be kind to the lil guy and use a good sex lube for masturbation!!

if you are experiencing decreased penis sensation, see an urologist for further evaluation.

Hi and welcome. we cant diagnose and we would only be guessing. If you have a concern then make an app with your doctor to have it checked out. Sounds like a friction irritation that has got and fungus infection from dirty hands. These could be natural to your skin and are just noticing now out of anxiety.
