After my second course of antibiotics

Hi all,
I had ureaplasma urealyticum few months ago and took two courses of antibiotics.
First doxycicline For ten days and after I was still positive I took azithromicyne For 6 days.
Four weeks after the azithromicyne I had another test For uu and It came out negative. So the second cource of antibiotics worked.

But I had sex with my girlfriend six days after my second course of antibiotics.

What are the chances that she was infected by me even though I have finnished the treatment?

When exactly the bacteria dies after the treatment is completed?

Thanks in advance!

That's right, but the time of the sex was six days after my treatment and three weeks before the test. Is it possible that the bacteria was still alive at that point? Thank you for your time :)
waiting 6 days after treatment is whats recommended so all should be ok
