Odd feeling in tip of penis

A year ago, in June I had  received unprotected oral sex with a friend for about 3 minutes. Two months later in late July/early August, I started having a strange aching feeling in the tip of my penis.I experienced no pain when urinating nor any discharge whatsoever, just arandom ache/stinging sensation in the tip of my penis. I went to the doctor where I was given a urine culture and urinalysis, both which came back negative, so he diagnosed with me NSU. So he prescribed me some standard antibiotics and in around 10 days the odd feeling left.

Now last Monday, after a long day, suddenly I get a random ache while urinating, which actually burst hard and forcefully from my penis. Since then I've had no pains or issues while urinating; however it did sting for a second or two when I ejaculated.

The forceful urination Monday caught me off guard and brought back the same odd feeling in the tip of my penis. As well as the random aches and painful ejaculation. Same with last year, I am experiencing no problem urinating nor any type of discharge. What could be wrong?

Thank you guys for your help,

I went to the doctor yesterday and found out that I had a UTI. So she prescribed me a 10 day treatment of Cipro, and told me to not worry about any STDs, and the Cipro sound clear up any bacteria that was causing the aches and odd feelings in which the girl who gave me oral to begin (a person i've known since kindergarten) with was furious because she's been telling me since last year that she was clean. Maybe lost a friend with that.

I already feel better mentally however! I was starting to slowly drift into the same depression I had last year regarding this situation.

Once again thank you guys for your help and ultimately from saving me from myself!

I am wondering whether you actually passed a kidney stone.
Kidney stones come in different sizes and can be as small as a grain of sand.

You would not know that you have a kidney stone until it starts to move and it was confirmed, or if you went for other imaging tests that would show them up (depending on the composition of the kidney stone).  There are 4 different types.

Even skin to skin contact with anyone can pass on bacteria etc if that person has an skin or other infection.  Shaking hands for example, touching contaminated doors.  Always wash your hands before touching your genitals and other people's genitals and after touching your penis. ALWAYS wash your hands after using the urinal or toilet.

Avoid using normal soaps, bath and shower gels on your genitals; these dry the skin and can aggravate the skin even more.  Non perfumed soaps, soap with the same pH level as our skin and baby washes may be fine.
Avoid using latex condoms to avoid allergies.  Always wash regularly, morning and evening and wear cotton underpants.  Manmade fabric ones will make you sweat more, causing irritation to the skin.

I presume you did not look to see if anything solid came out when you urinated.  You may not have noticed a grain of sand though.
Get a clean clear jar and urinate into that so that you can look at and smell the urine.  The urine should look a clear straw colour, but this does not always mean there is no infection.  A laboratory analysis would detect any problems if there any.

Kidney stones can be anywhere in the urinary tract.  You would only experience pain when they start to move.  If a stone is quite large it can scratch as they travel down the urinary tract and this can then get  infected.  Symptoms to watch for are pain in the either side of your back just under the rib cage, sometimes lower back pain, colicky pain, fever, felling unwell, cloudy urine, strongly smelling urine, dark urine, sediment.

It is very important to drink plenty of fluids (not alcohol).  2 litres of water a day is usually recommended, but more if you sweat and work out a lot.

As you are concerned with regard to STDs, to put your mind at ease, get
checked out.  Depending on the antibiotic that you were given, it would have killed any bugs.  The only bugs that antibiotics to not eradicate and can make things much worse is fungal infections.  The reason for this is that antibiotics not only get rid of the bad bacteria, but also the good bacteria that keep fungal issues at bay.

You could still make an appointment to see your doctor and tell him what you experienced.  The doctor may leave things as they are until you get any more symptoms.  He may on the other hand refer you to a urologist for further investigation and may also send you for an ultrasound scan to see if you do have any kidney stones.

Should you experience any symptoms of this nature again, make an urgent appointment to see your doctor and ask for a referral to a urologist.

Let me know how you get on.
Best wishes.
