Not to scare you but sounds like it could be herpes. I had a simialr experience...it started with flu-like symptoms and I had what I thought was a pimple on my vagina. I googled it and it sounded like herpes, also the swollen groin concerns me. I freaked out! I cried alot. I'm 24 and I never thought something like that could happen to me. I went to the ER, they took a swab and a week later she confirmed I had herpes. I was devstated! I thought how it was going to affect my life and if I would ever tell anyone! Meaning my friends, of course you need to tell someone if you are wanting to be sexually active. But I'v e realized that sooo many more people have std's than you'll ever know. They just dont tell anyone. I mean I just graduated from Nursing school I was the last person I thought...that I would think of getting something like this. But it will be ok if thats what it is..Ive had it for 3 months now. Its just a day by day process and you have to think postively and not let it ruin your life. Thats what I'm doing, it is hard and so days are harder than others.

Probably not but that is no guarantee.
Bumps can be many things often not a STD, but only a Dr can tell you what they are.

the best thing to do is to be seen today or tomorrow for a proper exam. if they suspect it's std related, they can do the appropriate tests. you also need tested for yeast and bacterial vaginal infections too.
