Bacterial stis/stds

Hi there. I am a married man with one child. My last encounter with cws a thai lady was a brief protected vaginal sex in a massage parlor 7 years ago. No oral and kissing. After that I test negative twice after 4 months and 8 months for hiv, hepatitis and syphilis. Since then I have unprotected sex with my wife.  My child was born on 2022 through c-section. My wife's health was alright. So this year my wife recently started getting uti issues and now I am getting paranoid if I ever gave her bacterial std like chlamydia or NGU from my last encounter 7 years ago. I read some posts here and came to know with protected sex chances of bacterial stds also reduces. I never had any discharge or burning sensation while urinating ever. But could I have bacterial stds and remain asymptomatic and at the same time give to my wife? Pls help. I have also done pcr test for chlamydia and gonorrhea and now waiting for my results. I also know there are other bacterial stds besides chlamydia and gonorrhea. Should I also test for them as well?

It is impossible that you'd not only get gonorrhea,  chlamydia, or NGU while wearing a condom, but also that both you and your wife would go 7 years with no symptoms, AND that your baby would be born with no issues.

Women get UTIs very easily, and it has nothing to do with STIs.

You can let this go. Your tests will be negative.
