Blacked out, flu like symptoms

I'm a very healthy heterosexual male, no drugs, very rare alcohol.

Today is Tuesday, on Friday I went to a party for the first time in a long time.  Drank too much, blacked out.  Don't know how I got home, no idea how I got in.

Woke up with a very sore anus, felt like a hemmoroid.  All day it was extremely sore and nervous that I've been perhaps raped.  On Monday I went to the clinic and after a VERY rapid examination the doctor agreed that it was only a hemmoroid, nothing "more."  What are the signs that a male has been raped?  Assuming the aggressor had a small penis (I was not torn) and I was completely blacked out,... are there any tell take signs?

As of Sunday evening, I've had a sore throat (which is gone now), fatigue, headaches, partial nausia when I wake up.

I know better than to think HIV's seroconversion would take place within 72 hours, but could I have been exposed to another std which is perhaps causing these initial symptoms?

Before you tell me, trust me, I know.... no more heavy drinking, happens once every couple years anyways!

Thank you

Dont see anything about STD's in your question.
But your also going on the probably irrational theory that you were raped by a small penis man.

Signs of rape...not sure where to post that but it is not suited for this community.
