I have been in Iraq for the last 6 months. I returned home over a wee ago. When I returned home have been involved in a sexual relationship with one partner. No sexual relations in Iraq. We have had sex numerous times. My penis is very sore almost raw. There is cuts/tears under the head of my penis and intercoarse creates pain. The cuts/tears have a clear like discharge that turns into a dry/moist white substance. The shaft of my penis is whilted and very dry looking. My question, is this a possible STD or just a sore penis? I know I have been clean tested many times, never an issue. I have had sexual relations and sex multi times a day but never had the pain, discomfort associated with sex.
