Burning Sensation

I have had a burning sensation on (not in) my penis for about a week now. it started a week ago after a day that i had masturbated about 3 times (more than usual obviously) and then the next day i had a slight burn on the bottom left side of my penis. there was no redness bumps or marks of any kind and it has varied from day to day how much i feel it. it is not an intense burn, probably a 3 on a scale of 1-10. then about 2 days ago i feel the burn more on the bottom side of the tip and only for about a half a day then i feel normal the rest. still no redness inflimation or marks at all.

i have not had sex in over 6 months except oral a few times, and that was probably about  a month ago the last time.  ive looked up symptoms for gonorrhea, UTI's, and Chlamydia and it doesnt seem like it matches because i have no burning when i pee, any kind of discharge or smells..

can anyone help!? id really appreciate it!
