Burning in penis during peeing

Curious as to whether I have a UTI,STI or chlorine burn? For context, I am 18, I lost my virginity in May to a girl who (says she has) no prior sexual history and haven't been with anyone since. The sex was unprotected and sustained. It's currently August and I've never had a problem with my penis following sex but for the last day, when I pee there is a slight burning sensation (no other symptoms or penis abnormalities). I'm worried it could be an STI but my parents are refusing to let me get tested (I am also in a country where I don't speak the language at all). There is also the chance that it is due to me going swimming two days prior, but I'm not sure how likely that is- I swam in HS and didn't have a problem then, the pool I went in then I have been swimming in before with no issues.

Please I desperately need to know what could be causing this.

At 18, you don't need your parents permission to get tested. You're an adult. Of course, being in a place where you don't speak the language is an issue, but when you get home, you can go test.

In the meantime, a slight burning can be signs of many things, including dehydration. How's your water intake? Make sure you are drinking plenty of water, decrease caffeine and alcohol, and see if that helps.

Urine can also be impacted by spicy foods, citrus, tomato, onion, etc. Water can help with that, too.
