I got Blood in urethra what’s my risks ?

I had sex with a girl I met In person we been talking for awhile but decided to give it a go once we met each other she told me I didn’t need a condom and that she was on birth control and that I didn’t need to worry about any STDs (says she’s not that type of person and that she wouldn’t have sex If she knew she did ) long story short we had a few sessions with breaks I used a condom anyways on both sessions accept the last time which we had sex 3 times In total but the last time I didn’t stay in that long plus I decided not to use the condom , but anyways she was waiting for her  period as well and I guess us having sex sped the process up so after I pulled out I ended up getting her period blood inside my penis  but it wasn’t all over it , it was like a drop of it but I can notice it inside my urethra . what’s my chances that I transmitted Any STD from this exposure I don’t know her STD status but she promises she’s clean and she’s taking birth control pills consistently. This the first time blood got inside my urethra before so it’ worries me and when should I get tested

If you can trust that she is not infected then no need. If you want a piece of mind, then go get tested.

If she is clean, then you dont need to worry. If shes infected, then you are at risk of all stds.
