Only had oral but I have symptoms...

I had oral sex back in January, that is my only sexual experience EVER. Now I know that the risk of contracting an STD from oral sex is very very low, especially by cunnilingus. If it wasn't for the fact that I am having symptoms I wouldn't even be concerned.

So let's go chronologically:
I didn't menstruate that month but was having a weird brown discharge (this started before the oral sex and isn't too concerning because I have only been menstruating for two years). My next period was accompanied by spotting for a few days ahead of time, something that has never happened before.

After my period I got a lot of white/clear discharge. It had a bit of an odor, but overall not TOO concerning as this isn't all that unusual for me.

Three or four weeks ago I started feeling very subtle on/off pain in my pelvis. Then came the nausea, every day for the past three weeks I have been nauseous constantly. Then I started getting sharp pain when I pressed on my navel and it sometimes radiated around my navel. Back pain was the last symptom that showed up, just a dull pain in my lower back. All of the symptoms disappeared for a week except for the nausea and discharge but they came back.

My periods have been regular since the one I got after the oral sex and there has been no irregular bleeding aside from that one incidence of spotting. I am on my period currently and the first day was strange, it was lighter than usual and it looked like there was clear discharge mixed with it. However, I was still having regular menstrual cramps so I am pretty positive that that was my actual period not just spotting. All of the symptoms have been way worse this week, and I'm not sure if that is related to menstruating or not. My navel is sensitive to movement and touch. Last night I was feeling pain in my abdomen towards the sides, it was sort of a sore feeling, and I woke up to it today. It has been constant throughout the day, and none of my symptoms have been constant before.

I tried getting tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia at Planned Parenthood but they wouldn't test me because they were convinced I didn't have an STI. I can't go back because I can't drive and I don't have a ride. I know I need to visit a doctor but I am very concerned that I have an STD or even PID despite the low risk and I am so scared that my parents will find out. From what I read it is near impossible to contract either of those two STIs from cunnilingus, but with everything I have been experiencing I feel like I have beat the odds :( Does it sound like I may have one or is it more likely to be a cyst/endometreosis/something similar??

Thank you for the reply! I do feel better now that I know how low the risk is...I guess these symptoms are all pretty general and I am just over thinking things.

Hi, getting any std from someone giving you oral sex is nearly impossible as any bacteria like gono and chlymdia would be in the back of the throat and the back of the throat does not come into contact with the inside of your vagina. Most of these std,s are from giving a male deep throat sex.
