Saliva directly onto my penis

Masseuse on numerous occasions would spit her saliva onto the tip of my penis so I could use as lubrication to masturbate. Fast forward about 3 weeks and my penis tip just on the inside feels sore and irritated. When I urinate it doesn't sting or burn in any way, but after I'm done, again feel irritation.  No discharge or anything visible so far.  Got all kinds of tests done yesterday and all STDs came back negative, with the exception for gonnerhea and chlamydia, as I'm still awaiting those results. I do have anxiety over this and while I have tried searching message boards, I haven't come across the exactly scenario. Apologies in advance of this kind of question has been posed, as I have not come across it. Any advice is truly welcomed and appreciated. Thanks!

This is not a risk. Perhaps you are dehydrated or something, but it's not an STI risk.

Increase your water, decrease your caffeine and alcohol, and if your symptoms linger, see your doctor to work through your symptoms to find a cause.
