So to answer your immediate questions:
1. Body rubbing
No risk.
2. A blowjob that lasted less than 10 seconds. I don’t remember exactly but she didn’t took it deep.
In theory, this would be a risk. In reality, this is no risk. Anything that happens for less than 10 seconds won't transmit anything, and even one act of oral sex to completion doesn't really warrant testing. It's lower risk than vaginal or anal sex.
3. She rub her genitals on my penis shaft while my penis raced upwards.
How long did this last? Was it hard rubbing? If it was really brief, it's nothing to worry about. If it was long enough/hard enough to be like intercourse, there may be some risk.
4. We both sucked each other nipples
No risk.
Now, I have to address a couple of other things. You can't tell by just looking if someone has an STI. You can inspect all you want, and it's good to look to see if they have sores, but someone can have no symptoms and have an STI.
Also, I've had hsv2 for 20 years, and I can promise you that my genitals are clean. My house is clean, and upscale. It's a misconception that STIs only happen to dirty people, or in dirty, rundown places.
Showering after sex doesn't do much of anything to prevent infection.
Lastly, you had a sexual encounter while you were sick. You should stay home when you're sick, and not infect others. I know you didn't give her oral sex, but a lot of viruses can infect the genital tract through oral sex.
So in any case, I wouldn't worry about this at all.
The genital rubbing part lasted for less than a minute
