Chlamydia risk fluids outside condom touch penis

Hi there. I had protected vaginal intercourse with a woman of unknown status. The condom was intact as I pulled out. After peeling the condom of my penis prob 30 seconds after withdrawal and just before throwing it away I held it in my hand as I was preoccupied with taking to the woman. Only later did I realize the outside of the condom was touching my penis for a good 15 seconds as I held it in my hand. I immediate threw it away when I realised but fluids outside the condom cud have come on my penis / urethea till I realised. Given their were vaginal fluids and only 30 seconds since I had pulled out. Does exposure to the fluids on the outer of the condom pose any sti risk. I know hiv is low but more worried abt chlanydia.Thanks. I have a slight burning sensation 3 days later but it cud just be my mind playing up.
